Many Quadroons look white because despite all of the black blood they have, it is not enough to make them look like Idi Amin.

yup. furthermore if a 1st gen. afro-european biracial procreates with a pure european, then the offspring's phenotype will vary from full european to mulatto - although the outcome tends to cluster towards quadroon, and genetic traits are independent (e.g. skin color, hair texture, eye color, lip type, nose type, skull shape, body shape, booty size etc. etc.). theoretically two perfect mulattoes could produce children ranging from full european to full african.
