I didnt say all Sudanese looked the f*****g same, I've worked with southern sudanese refugees, and my cousin married a northern sudanese. They dont look anything alike. I know this. I didnt f*****g say ancient egyptians were white you f*****g dimwit. I am neither an afro-centricist or eurocentricist you f*****g dimwit. Dont put that label on me.

Arab is more of shared culture and language than an ethnic group. Most People in North Africa and Southern Arabia are, Berbers and Cushites who mixed with Arabs and other group of people. Arabia is alot like the United States, where different ethnic groups share same culture and language.

That picture of Thutmoses looks alot like West African than the people who occuppy the Northeastern Africa, but I do agree with you that thutmoses was black or light skinned black man. In either case who would be classified as an black man by American race standards.

Hey Hugo I don't know if you have noticed this. Dosen't it look like the people on the Pyramids are the present days Ethiopians, Somalians, and Eritreans. I think most of the statues represent these facial features like Iman. I know some of the statues look West African, but those could just be statues of a minority group. If we were all to die today on this planet there would be plenty of statues of African Americans in the UNITED STATES, but that dosen't mean African Americans are the dominant group in the U.S. I guess that made since. :bandan

HugoThePunk wrote:Dude that pic your showing is not an artifact but some fake ass art. Im sorry, Ancient Egyptians did not look like West Africans. Nubians dont look like West Africans or African-Americans. Nubians and Northern Sudanese are brown hamatic looking peoples. Even dark skinned southern sudanese doesnt look like the fake west african looking afrocentricist ancient egyptian. Ancient Egyptians were brown skinned people, just look at the f*****g paintings and hyroglifics. The black skinned peoples were specificalled refered to as cushites or nubians. Brown and Black are not the f*****g same thing. still negroid, maybe. But I hate those trying to paint Ancient Egypts lookign Nigerian like this f*****g fake picture some incorrect afro-centricist made. Image well anyways, Ancient Egypt was diverse, they conquered alot of nations so it would easily have been a mixed society.

Hugo, not all Egyptians were the same color, they were a diverse mixed race society, with various phenotypes. I've seen many hyrogliphs and paintings with people dipicted in various shades; brown, white, dark, ect.

Why do you assume, that an artifact with heavily negriod features is an afrocentric fabrication??

The original egyptians like the nubians WERE black, and any white anthropologist would afirm this.

Somebody could be black and have Asiatic facial characteristic like the Ancient Egyptians, Kushite of Meroe or the present day North eastern Africans.

I'm sorry, but these two men look like authentics north africans. No visible negroid admixture. A north african without arab admixture and european admixture still is different to negroids-africans.

Hey Spin I know a girl from Lebanon and she says there are some really dark Arabs in Yemen and in Saudi Arabia the home of the "true Arabs", But I don't know because I have never seen them. The Cia worldfact book does verify the black Arabs in Yemen, but they may not be real dark.

Currently Genetic tests have showed Yemen has in average 10% (autosomes) of negroid admixture (most from female). Indeed real arabs don't have negroid admixture.

...lol, they're all Muslims, the majority of Africans are Muslim....being Muslim and having an Arabic name doesn't make one an "Arab".

...but what I said is true...the Arabians aren't known for their athleticism, and they do indeed import many African-born athletes to boost their athletic prowless.....but dont get me wrong, I'm not saying that there aren't native "black Arabians" though.......just check out Yemen and Oman......some Omanis:

.....Qaboos Bin Sa'id, Sultan of Oman:

you guys are all complete idiots. you look at that same person in america, and you would shout, hey black person!

all those people are black. i dunno why people just assume that black ppl have wide noses and kinky hair. their skin is so dark!

in america u see alot of black ppl with wide noses and kinky hair, because they mainly imported slaves from the same region. but in other regions of africa people look different. my friend is from sudan, and she has a smaller straighter nose than most white people, but she has the kinkiest hair. black people are all different. hispanic ppl are all different. big shizznit.

some of the black politicians over hear are whispering about how the usa, wants black people to not identify with the arabs, because they feel that if the black ppl identify with the arabs then they might help terrosits groups.

you all are just feeding into media propaganda. i thought betta of this board.
I consider myself black, because my father is so dark. Although he is black, indian, and irish.

....their are Arabic names (random Arabic names), and their are Islamic names (names that praise Allah, etc)....and many (or most) Muslims worldwide chose Islamic names, whether Pakistani, Indonesian, American, etc etc etc (or at least merge them with traditional names if their tongue isn't Arabic)....and Arabic is the only official language of the Qur'an.

Brazil has 12 MILLION of descendants of arabs. 70% are descendants of LEBANESE, 29% are descendants of SYRIANS and 1% of palestinians, iraqs, etc....Most of the arabs-descendants in Brazil are christians, and the syrian-lebananese are whites (just look a picture of a syrian-lebanese, just Maica can´t say they are white, hahahhaha). for that, the arabs descendants are inclused in the WHITE population of Brazil, and the MUSLIMS are in the small ARAB group.
But there is 1 million muslims in Brazil.

(Colaborou: Melina Cintra)''
